At both national and European levels, Kai-Yee is in charge of product issues in pulp and paper. Nationally, the structure of producer liability for packaging and paper for recycling is a pressing issue. Kai-Yee is an expert in the EU's new directives on the circular economy and the associated waste management package (with its changes in waste, packaging and landfill directives).
