At a roundtable discussion with representatives from The European Commission and Parlament, the Wallenberg Wood Sience Center of KTH - Royal Institute of Technology and the forest industries we launched "The bioeconomist's guide to a sustainable life" in Brussels in April 2018.
With this guide we have three main aspirations:
- We hope to give you a better understanding of how the forest and its renewable materials can contribute to a growing bioeconomy.
- We want to help mitigate climate change and the depletion of natural resources.
- We want to help you see how the bioeconomy is ever-present in your everyday life.
